Say Goodbye to Spam in Orkut Scrapbooks

Orkut is beautiful, again. Google has added a new spam filter in Orkut that should save your scrapbooks from all those junk messages.

I found half a dozen scraps lying in the Orkut spam folder and all of them were bulk messages so the filtering is effective indeed.

Like Gmail, Orkut won’t delete scraps that it classifies in spam – it just puts in a “spam folder” that accessible from the Orkut toolbox. If you encounter any false positives, there’s always an option to move that message back to your scrapbook.
